Trying to access a Google BigQuery table might result in the following error, even when the names are unique and none are longer than 32 characters in length:
ERROR: This DBMS table or view cannot be accessed by the SAS System because it contains column names that are not unique when a SAS normalized (uppercased) compare is performed. See "Naming Conventions" in the SAS/ACCESS documentation.
This issue can occur when the table contains a variable defined as a RECORD data type. By default, the inner variable names that make up the RECORD variable do not have labels applied.
There is no workaround for this issue.
